Design / Development

Our Development team will prioritize the work you require based on timelines you provide. Operating at Full Capacity our team can gaurantee you a maximum of 60 Hours a week of development time. Operating at Half Capacity we will only gaurantee you a minimum of 10 hours a week. Our Full Capacity projects will always take priority over our Half Capacity projects, and we will never take on more work than we can properly allocate to our dev team.

Design / Development costs are either written up on an Agile Development Scheme or a Requirements Based Scheme.

An Agile development scheme is iterative and may take several presentations during development to find the right solution for your requirements. Completion of the project will not end until you are satisfied with the final product. Changes to the original requirements are allowed and encouraged in an Agile Development Scheme. Devleopment hours will be billed based on exact hours to complete the final build version, creative and proof of concept development hours are also billed. Administrative hours are not billed and no requirements documentation is required.

• Full Capacity Agile Development – $98/hr
• Half Capacity Agile Development – $70/hr

A Requirements Based scheme is a list a method of development that will lead to a single solution that will be determined by the WritheM team and signed off prior to any work commencing. Completion of the project will happen when all of the original requirements that have been agreed to by both you and our development team, are met by the solution that has been developed. If changes to the original requirements are required once work has begun, a Project Change Request must be signed off by both parties in order for any development work to continue. Development hours are billed based on exact hours to complete the final build version including all creative hours. Administrative duties are also billed at this rate and requirements documentation is required to be signed off by both parties before work commences.

• Half Capacity Requirements Based Development – $35/hr

Business Analysis

Find yourself stretched too thin right now? Don’t have the capacity to gather your own requirements for the project? We also have a team of Quality orientated Business Analysts that can come into your business and gather your requirements. Our BA’s can meet with your Subject Matter Experts or Project Team to determine the business need of your project. Hours are billed to complete the Signed off Requirements Documentation. All of our BA’s have a Mt.Royal University Business Analysis Certification and a minimum of Green Belt SixSigma Training.

Technical Support and Administration

Once WritheM Web Solutions has implemented anything in your environment, you may need some help from our Technical Team. We have a Support and Ticketing system that you can offer your employees direct access to the development/support teams of WritheM Web Solutions. Our help desk opperates it’s priority hours Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm with email support until 8pm.

• Server/UAT Technical Administration -$40/hr (minimum 0.5 hours)
• User Support – $24/hr (minimum 0.25 hours /per user)

No set up fee, $30 minimum over the life of the account.
All of our hosting accounts include access to our cPanel admin site to give you full control of your website.
