RAID Array Maintenance – Expected Outage

Disc 4 of the Oden Array will be replaced with a new hard drive tonight starting at 8:30pm MTN. Downtimes could exceed 1 hour on all echelon, compello, mediabox, and sandbox services, to allow replacement and rebuild of the array. These include:
- Websites, both PROD and UAT
- SQL
- VNC
- FTP
- RDP
All bluebox services will remain functional during the outage. These include:
- VPN
- SSH
Thank you for your understanding during the outage. We hope that this will increase the stability of all data captured in the Oden array and allow us to submit the disc 4 for warranty replacement.
